Refund & Exchange

Pre-order-

For pre-order orders, you have to pay a minimum for order confirmation.
For pre-order products no exchange, no return, no refund.
If you return or deny receiving any product we will not refund your advance money.
Refunds are only applicable if a customer receives a defective product and we are unable to replace it. In all other cases of exchanges and returns, customers will be provided alternative products of the same value OR an equal amount of store credit for future purchases.
If a customer takes delivery and identifies sizing issues or defects afterward, they must contact us in front of the delivery man. Otherwise, we will not accept any complaints.

Stock Product-

Cash On Delivery is available for stock available products.
If you want to return it you have to pay the delivery charge.
After sending the product you can’t cancel, if you want to cancel you have to pay the delivery charge.

Stock Available Product-

Inside Dhaka: 1-3 days**

Outside Dhaka: 4-5 days**

For pre-order product-

It will take around 35-50 days**
